I have tried over the counter meds - I am a 40+ year old male who's had problems with breakouts from my waist line to the back of my thighs ever since I was stationed in Germany 20 years ago. I suffer from small pimples on my backside, blackheads around the waist line and deep cysts on my inner thighs. Twice the cysts got so big that I had to have surgery to drain cysts, not fun. I have tried over the counter meds, prescription medications as well as homeopathic remedies and nothing has worked. While researching over the counter lotions with benzoyl peroxide I discovered this product. Here are my Pros and Cons: Pros: Works well, I have seen a very noticeable reduction in blemishes, acne, blackheads and cysts. Skin is much softer! Doesn't smell bad and nor is it perfumed, just about right I would say. Cons: Very expensive! Very small bottles! Each bottle only last about one month. You must be used daily or blemishes will return. IMO, I like the product however I wish it was cheaper. I even cut back the use to once a day after I shower in an effort to make a bottle stretch to one a month. Although I believe it works well I don't think I want to fork out $60 every 2 months. I may give it two more months before I decide and in the meantime search for a more cost effective alternative. I will never stop using this I think it will work wonders on any acne on any part of ur body.
