I exercise daily. The magnesium spray is a miracle worker for aches and pains from overworking. Isn’t greasy or sticky at all. I use it after every shower. Keeps my skin hydrated. Easy to apply. Great value for the money. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Magnesium is something that we all need and are usually deficient in. Outside of its health benefits, one of the main things that I love is for is the fact that it helps as a sleep aid. Just spray on the bottom of your feet and off to Dreamland you go. Works best when you use it fresh out of the shower. It's a bit sticky until it dries.

This product is convenient and works well to help my knees feel less stiff and achy.

Works great! Relieves muscle pain also , and makes you relax a lot more easily . I woke up once during the early morning but was able to go right back to sleep.

Did not feel much of a relief on feet after a long day of work.

So far this magnesium spray is helping with my foot & leg cramps. I got the vanilla scent and it has a very pleasant smell to it, it's not overpowering. Will definitely buy again

We purchased the scent free magnesium oil to use at bedtime. It's works well if rubbed on the soles of our feet, ankles, or tops of our feet and helps provide deeper, more restful sleep. Neither of us experienced any discomfort, stinging, or irritation which was a relief because I often have sensitivity issues.

I tried to give it a chance because it is half the price of the brand I normally get but it doesn’t work like other one. It seems like it doesn’t work at all. Disappointing to say the least- so i got an email saying they apologize for it not working and to reply “full refund” to get one. Unusual because usually it goes through amazon apo but I replied and it says i was replying to an email that doesn’t take incoming emails!!!
