Excellent pancake pan
This pan is pre seasoned but before use I also followed the seasoning instructions, which are really easy, and I have had no problems with sticking at all. Before I put food in the pan I heat it to the temperature that I need, then I put some sunflower oil in and wipe it all around with kitchen towel. Then I add the oil required for the recipe and everything cooks brilliantly. The first things I cooked were fried eggs, no sticking! Then American style pancakes, no sticking. Then crepes, which I was a little nervous about because they're so delicate, but not 1 stuck!! I am very impressed!! The only thing is the handle is very short, and gets very hot, but it's cast iron so that's to be expected. I use a silicone handle cover with no problems.

Quite Versatile
Made pancakes perfectly ...nice addition to kitchen utensils ...omelette..dropped scones and even steak is good.

Handle gets hot.
You need a glove or cloth fo4 the handle as d also cast iron and gets very hot. A wooden handle would be better, except then you couldn’t put it in the oven. Nothing is perfect in kitchen equipment.

Cracked on second use
The pan has cracked right through on my second time using it. Medium heat, making pancakes, massive bang! As this second use was two weeks after the return date, I'm unable to apply for a return, refund or exchange through Amazon and the companies website shows a 404 error instead of a returns policy.

Why pay more
Excellent value compared to Le Cruset which is 4x the cost!Non stick pre seasoned cast iron is perfect and easy.

very small and heavy, not non sticky.
It is not bad, not what I was expected. I would have liked bit non sticky. I have to scrape things every time I use it.

Doesn’t do what it was bought fir
The media could not be loaded. No use fir pancakes which is what I bought it for.For comparison I’ve made a pancake with the same batter mix and same heat setting with my old small pan and that just works no messing.I videoed so you could see how glued on the pancake is. Today Is the first day we’ve used it and we’re using sunflower oil.
