Love the color and they looked great on the tables

I used this set to decorate for a Sports Banquet dinner. The plates and cutlery were a great value and we got tons of compliments on the set up. I put the smaller plates on the dessert table. We used the whole set! I do a lot of event planning and these would also be lovely for a wedding reception.

This set is great and beautiful! I work at a high school and we were hosting a honors reception for some students and families. For the event we wanted something a little nicer than your typical disposable products and this fit the bill. The plates are thick plastic and very sturdy. I'm not sure they could be used in a microwave, so consider that before purchasing. The cutlery was also very thick and thankfully did not flake as people were eating. We were concerned about that possibility, but we never saw it happen. The cups are great punch, but we still offered larger beverage cups for the meal. Overall, this set helps to elevate any event space, but still provides the conveniences of disposable products.

I ordered this to use at a retirement party and it was perfect. The colors were great, the plates & silverware were very sturdy with no breakage. It came with plenty for the small party that we had and I will use them for another party in the future. Such a great deal!

For all the complaining about plastics, the truth is that a something built with thick enough plastic can be used again and again and again. That's what environmentalism is all about - reduce, reuse, recycle. The destiny of this plastic dinnerware is reuse, reuse, and so on until something happens and it gets recycled.I expect the plates to last a long time. They're built substantially enough for that. Past experience with plastic cups similar to those in this set is that they have a three to four event half-life. Something happens to them. The tableware depends on what is served. Some stuff is tough on fork tines. The knives and spoons should last quite a while before they're accidentally scraped of a plate and into the garbage. Such is the life of plasticware.Oh yeah - this tableware looks very nice. I've had similar that looked good over an entire season of weekly use (tailgating).

Smaller than expected.

This dinnerware set came very well package, each individual set of items, plates, forks, etc came individually wrapped which is a nice touch to keep them all pristine. I got these for a backyard party we are gonna be having soon and tried them out beforehand and can say the quality of this set is good. The plates are very sturdy, they flex a little if you put a lot of pressure on them but overall solid sturdiness. The plates will hold up to some abuse. The whole gold set looks very nice to the eyes, the gold and white gives an elegant vibe while not being too fancy. Nice to have two sizes of plates for the main dish and dessert, both are the right size not too small not too large.The cups on the other hand aren’t so great, but they get the job done. They are made of a thin clear plastic that flexes a lot and can break if you squeeze it hard enough, I can see kids trying to break these so be aware of that. And wish the cups were a little bigger but they get the job done.The utensils are also nice quality, they are sturdy and the right size. Sometimes these sets have small utensils but these are the right size.Overall recommend this dinnerware set for a backyard bash! Really good quality, cups could be better but they are okay enough.
