If you need a 10Gbps managed switch, and you can stand the noise, go with a datacentre switch on the refurbished market. For example, an Arista 7150 will easily outperform this in latency, for about the same money. However, this is silent, small, and fast.

Works as advertised according to iperf. Do need to set it up first using the specified ip and the instructions aren't the most clear, but it wasn't too bad. I just use it as a dumb switch and not bother with the included functions, and it has been stable for months now.

This is a good a switch. One weird thing is that you have to manually save the config. Another weird seems that the management IP address can be on ANY VLAN (which is good), but it has to be untagged on a trunk port (weird). Other than that it works as expected and decent feature set. My biggest complaint is that it has different software than some of their other managed switches. This software is better and would prefer this on all of their switches. NOTE: copper SFP+ pluggable are HOT. They are hot in all switches. Try and avoid them. Use DAC cables or fiber instead.
