I will be continuing to take this.
I'm diabetic. I eat what I want though, so in turn, i was loosing hair drastically. This pill works,not thick and lustrous, but it does work. I accidentally erased my before pics. It does take almost the whole bottle before seeing results. I am on my second bottle. And will continue to buy this to see just how good the results can get. Still have skin and nails issues. I hope these pills eventually help them to. Where the hair is thin, it was completely gone before. Update, newest bottle not working, my nails have started chipping and peeling again.
