Weak stitching or thread.
I ordered the product specifically because in want a pocket on my shirt. Prior to wearing the shirt I washed and dried it. The pocket came unstitched and there appeared to be only one line of stitching. Another shirt from the same order was okay and did have double stitch on both corners of the pocket.
