I had been having trouble getting my hemoglobin (iron) up to what the Red Cross called acceptable to donate. Was running 11.5 to 12.0 and need at least a 12.3 for a power red donation. Started taking these on a daily basis and now my blood iron runs in the 15.0 to 15.4 range. These supplement pills were the right call for me. Remember to check with your Dr. before taking

I like the cost of this, very reasonable. The enteric coating on the pill makes it easy to swallow which can be a problem for me. I cannot speak to the absorbability but I can let you know after my next doctor's as they are watching my hemoglobin and hematocrit. From what I can tell it seems to absorb but how you really know

I have Crohns and have to take an iron supplement. Ferrous sulfate bothered me so I switched to this on the recommendation of my GI specialist, and am very happy with the results.

My husband is a very fussy eater. I cannot get him to eat vegetables or meat. He has dementia and there is no making him understand he must eat better. He was getting more and more anemic and for the first time he had a blood test that came back normal.

I take this iron tablet with the Solimo Vitamin C gummies (for "optimal absorption") and haven't had any digestive issues! I take it since my prenatal gummy doesn't contain iron and this iron tablet doesn't make my stomach upset or cause constipation.

Not having access to a lab, I can’t verify the strength of this product. I find this form easy to tolerate. The price is right and it is easier to order from Amazon than to search thru drugstores for this relatively uncommon form.

I can't see anything special about these wool dryer balls. Did not feel they caused the loads to dry any faster and the clothes still have static. Would not buy again. (Better hope the dryer is far away from hearing. These make a lot of noise bouncing around in the dryer.
