As far as I can gather by the ingredients list clearly stated on both the bottle and the outer carton, these multivitamin tablets provide the complete daily requirement of vitamins and minerals for women. I find them not too big and because they have a flattened shape with smooth rounded corners, they are very easy to swallow with a drink of water or with your morning cuppa. Also, they don't seem to have the usual pungent “vitamin B” smell which I sometimes find off-putting with other makes. The carton states it contains 120 tablets: this is almost true - I counted 121. Result! A bonus bolus! I would definitely recommend these to my fellow female friends and family.

This is a nice set of multivitamins and I like that it's specific for women as men and women do require different things. I also love that it's only one a day not something stupid like two or even worse four like some. So it's actually not bad value as it will last four months. They've been easy to swallow and I feel like they are doing they're job.

These are long shaped tablets, rather than circular. However, they're still easy to swallow. They have no aftertaste. I've been taking them for a few weeks now. Without multi vitamins, I used to get tired easily. After taking these, I seem to have more energy so I believe these are benefitting me. I had to email the company separately as there was no "suitable for vegetarians" label on the bottle. They confirmed they are in fact vegetarian. I would suggest that the manufacturer include this in the label.
