Sparkling hydration
My husband drinks these when he’s working outside in the yard and he’s sweating and it helps him bring his electrolytes back up. He likes the flavor and then it’s a sparkling drink is a plus.

It comes shrink-wrapped but otherwise it's as shown. This is not an energy drink for anyone new to their products but being hydrated certainly helps feel more awake. It is very salty so just be ready for that.

Satisfying Product
The best post-workout drink. Replenish lost electrolytes. I literally have this shipped to me (now) across the other side of the world because its that good. Wish LMNT would expand into Southeast Asia; where I believe, this product would flourish. The high humidity & heat make it almost a necessity on a daily basis.
