Amazing I can’t fault this item, I have pcos and I haven’t had a period in such a long time I drank this tea for a few weeks and I started to notice so many differences I didn’t have to shave my face as much as the spearmint slows down the hair, I had a little period, the smell is not that strong the taste leaves you with refreshing breath so that’s a bonus lol very effective I recommend

It was actually thanks to Amazon Vine that I was first introduced to the delights of Spearmint tea. I was getting to the end of my supply, when these teabags appeared. The teabags arrived in a nice retail box, and it is good to see that each tea bag is individually wrapped in foil. The box contains the recommended brewing instructions, as does the foil packet which is handy for if you take some away with you. Interestingly, my previous teabags (from a different manufacturer) suggested adding a splash of milk, however, these recommend no milk is added, and instead to use lemon and/or honey. I followed the instructions, and as I was brewing in a mug, I steeped the bag for 4 minutes. I tried the tea “neat”, and it certainly tasted very pleasant, with a good minty taste which was not overpowering, so I chose not to add lemon or honey (or milk !). In conclusion, I am certainly enjoying the taste of this spearmint tea, and coupled with the health benefits this is something I will continue to drink. It will be ideal after a meal, or before bedtime. I have spread the used teabags around the plants in my garden in the hope it will deter the slugs ! They are a little on the expensive side, hence the 4 rather than 5 stars.

I hate peppermint & it hates me. You're probably wondering why I would choose to order spearmint when I can't stand peppermint but fact is it's a different plant species. So while I would have an allergy to peppermint, spearmint doesn't seem to hate me so much. You get 50 individually foil wrapped bags to keep the herb fresh. The smell is wonderful & you can just let your nostrils suck it up before you set about making your brew. I prefer to leave the bag in but you can steep it as long as you want. You're warned not to add milk to it because it'll just kill the taste & once steeped you'll find that the intensity of the scent doesn't translate to the intensity of the flavour, it's quite mild. There are numerous specific benefits to spearmint over peppermint, they have their own thing going on, but spearmint has the edge for digestion & anti-inflammatory benefits it that's something you look for in a herbal drink. This works well as a cold drink too. This makes for a mild refreshing change & a good after dinner drink. With 50 bags at a reasonable price you can't go wrong. Recommend

I love spearmint but have never found a tea that is purely spearmint, all others I have found are a mint mix. So as soon as I saw these, I was immediately keen to try them. You get 50 individually wrapped teabags which work out at just under 20 pence per cup. For me, I noticed the spearmint aroma as soon as I opened the box, however, my husband thought it was very subtle but still there. I brewed the tea for 4 minutes, as recommended and although the suggestion is to add honey & lemon to taste I opted not to as I want the taste to remain pure. The taste was enjoyable, not as strong as I thought it would be but was very distinguishably spearmint. I also liked the fact that there was no sediment left in the bottom of the cup. I am a very happy bunny.

Taste nice but I won't be buying these again as every teabag is wrapped in plastic. Too much unrecyclable and unessesary rubbish.

Good quality, size, freshness, value for the money and health benefits. Has a good spearmint flavor, works well with fresh ginger, honey and lemon.

This help not only calm my mind but also it taste amazing. I think it helps me go to sleep easily because I had hard time sleeping. And it give a big change in your body function which also help with digestion. Amazing right!

Is it just me or this tea makes you feel hungry afterwards??? It just opens my appetite 😅 Im still waiting on results though..
