Relieved neck stress
This pillow was a recommendation from a sister who used it on recommendation of a PT. It did relieve the stress in my neck. Highly recommend this.

I was having trouble turning my neck in either direction. I was trying to eliminate causes, such as using an Ipad, doing my crafts, etc. I had tried moist heat but it was only temporary relief. I then decided to try a different pillow. After researching numerous ones that didn't cost and arm and a leg, I decided to give this one a try. They did say that it could take 2 weeks to notice a difference. I have been using it and every morning seems a bit better than the last. My husband tried it and liked it too so I ordered a second one. So far so good!

Just mush, no support, not firm at all.
The pillow has no support at all, it is very soft, not firm, your head just smashes it down to paper thin.
