At last, I can sleep deeply without snoring, and happy to sleep comfortably with my family and roommates.

i really should have read the reviews prior to purchasing this thing. I woke up in so much pain!! This thing could not possibly fit the majority of mouths comfortably. DO NOT waste your money. it might work if it actually fits, but the chances of that are slim to none.

I found the material too flimsy, the tooth channel to shallow, the ability to hold teeth without sliding out of the channel was non-existent, the distance it drew the lower jaw forward was simply too much with the flimsy material involved. When I relaxed my jaw the hinge would roll and not even hold my jaw in place and my teeth would slide right out of the channels because they were too shallow because the channel material was too thin and flimsy and because there was some material in the channel that actually kicked my teeth out especially my upper teeth. It seems like a good idea but without a more substantial product it's never going to work. There's no way to keep your jaw from the relaxing both down and open and this device does not take either motion into consideration. You would have to lock your jaw closed and hold it forward in order for this to work and I don't know anyone who can do that unconsciously.

I have had a snoring problem for years. My wife was asking me to roll over once or twice a night. Rather than move to another room, she had enough, I decided to see if one of the devices would work before buying separate beds or one of the kind you can elevate at the head (expensive). I bought three different devices. Tried the 6mm version of this device. Haven't woken her up since and no issues wearing it all night. I would have given it 5 stars, but I need to adjust the device by removing some material (my teeth are not straight) and not sure how well that's going to work.

This worked perfectly the first night. Zero snoring reported on my sleep app. Woke up feeling great. Was refreshed and realized what I was missing. It was comfortable. I noticed it had lost some spring after the first use. The second and third day, I still slept well, though I found myself clinching to keep the device in place. Around the 4th day, the device had lost enough spring to push back and would slip off my bottom teeth when my bottom jaw relaxed. Recordings of my snoring returned. I would wake up with the device only on my to teeth or completely out of my mouth. If I could have found a good fit, I would say this device is a miracle. I am trying a competitor now, but may have to try the smaller size of this brand. All this being said, I definitely recommend giving this a try to see if it works for you because that first night of sleep and refreshed feeling in the morning were amazing. UPDATE: I repurchased this in the #1 size with a storage case and it has been working well for the past couple weeks. It has come off my top teeth only a couple times, but I’ve still been waking feeling rested. My snoring time on my sleep app is only a couple minutes a night, if at all. My wife reports I’m not waking her with snoring anymore. I recommend getting the case with it. I have a feeling storing in the case helps to maintain its spring and, thereby, its fit. The tooth pain and jaw discomfort only lasted a few days with the #1. It was a bit more pronounced with the #2 size. Start with the #1 like they recommend. If that doesn’t work, move to #2. For comparison, my dentist offers a custom fit mandibular advancement device for $6500 to address the same issue.
