I was waking up every night with cramp. From the first time I took them I haven’t had any cramps at all. It’s wonderful. My partner, who refuses any sort of supplements, is also taking these and is sleeping better. And they taste delicious!

Don’t usually write reviews, and I haven’t been paid to write this, but felt compelled to say something. These gummies are amazing! I train very hard and can usually feel fatigue in my muscles. Since taking these, I have little to no pain, and my sleep has improved tenfold! Currently reordering!

I find them easy to take, but after a few hours, my stomach burns and I perspire. I have a cold glass or glasses of soya and the pain goes away. Does anyone else get this symptom? I really do enjoy taking them so I will finish the bottle and see if the pain subsides.

Sehr gut! Hab sie für meine Freundin gekauft, Kapseln mag sie nicht so und da sind diese Gums eine super Alternative. Schmecken gut und das Magnesium wirkt schnell.

I feel this was false advertising since its TWO gummies that give 300mg magnesium, not one. That means the jar lasts one month and not two. Other than that, which is a major issue for me since I train alot and draw magnesium like a race horse, the jars surprisingly big, the tastes awesome amd they're sugar coated which means they dont stick together. I find it a great product but they should be presented as 150mg and NOT 300. :)

Achtung diese Gummies sind EXTREM sÜẞ! Ich hatte die Rezensionen die darauf hinweisen gelesen, bin jedoch nicht davon ausgegangen, dass so viel Zucker in einem Gummie steckt, es ist mehr Zucker, als Nahrungsergänzungsmittel. Dieses Produkt verfehlt für mich leider den Sinn einer Nahrungsergänzung und ich finde es verdächtig, dass der Hersteller weder auf der Verpackung, noch in der Beschreibung eine Gramm Angabe bezüglich der Zucker Menge machen kann. Sicher sie schmecken lecker, aber nochmal werde ich sie nicht bestellen, einen Zuckerschock braucht mein Körper auf diese Weise nicht.
