Internal cable too short

Great seller response, but 4+4 cable length too short
The seller TFGJ deserves 5 stars ***** for being very responsive and personable. This TFX Power Supply 400W power supply might work fine for some builds, but sadly I have to return it unused because its 4+4 cable, at 11", is just too short to reach the outlet on a MicroATX board. The old power supply's 4+4 cable was 17", so major difference. If your system board is smaller than a MicroATX or the outlets are closer to the PS, this PS might be fine for you. The 3 stars for this review are a compromise between the 5 stars for the seller and 1 star for the short cables preventing use. Someone who has been able to use this PS may get great performance out of it and rate it higher.

Works well for the computer I am building.
I am building my own desk top computer and this of course is one of the vital components. In fact this was one of the final pieces to my big expensive puzzle. My main board fired up no issues and everything worked fine. This appears to be made very well and appears to be very durable. To be fair I don't need all 400 watts but I was told to get more power than I need. I recommend this power supply.

Decent temporary solution for my test bench
I have a couple of computers that have open air frames instead of cases and needed something to help troubleshoot different components. Though the wattage is a bit low, for small form factors especially without a graphic card, this compact power supply works well enough, though I can't yet trust it enough to leave plugged in at home unattended.
