I read the unhappy reviews as I waited for delivery and was apprehensive. But this blender is everything I hoped for and need! 1- It blends flaxseeds!!! This is the whole reason I paid the big price for a small blender. 2-It fits in my tiny house!! Very important! It has to be readily available! 3-Beautiful on my counter. Not as important but nice. 4-Such creamy smoothies! What a difference from my last inexpensive blender! It was beautifully packaged and has very clear instructions. There was a learning curve as it behaves differently than others, but using the shake technique to mix things and packing it in specific ways makes it work. I wish: 1- It made bigger smoothies. I’d like to make 1 liter ones. 2- There was a lid for each drink lid. I’d like to carry both! 3- All containers were glass People say it’s hard to clean. It may be it you let it dry dirty, but so far not a problem. Once I drank half of the liter container in two sessions and had to clean the top with my fingers. That was easy. When fresh it rinses right off. Additional review after using it for a while None of the containers fit in a standard drink holder ! This is a big problem for me. Not worth returning, though. I wish the hydration bottle held a liter. Cleaning after a smoothie often requires a long handle brush. Each drink lid needs a plug top. One lid should open to drink and add a straw without removing it completely. I think that should do it. None of these are deal breakers because it works so well!

What rocks - quieter than average blender - assembly is very easy to clean compared to most, and since the vessel is the top, there’s fewer overall pieces to take apart and scrub. - does a three stage blend where it slows for a sec to let the contents settle, which rocks. - have not had protein powder left behind all over the sides of the blender because it blends so well. - looks dope on the counter top, like actually quite aesthetic, and has a small footprint! - others have said it will move, check your counter top leveling because I have yet to see it happen. - multiple sizes of vessel can be purchased for ease of use. - simple to use. - even the packaging is nice, and most of it is compostable and recyclable! Potential drawbacks - it does 2 settings. Pulse, or the full cycle run. If you use some weird settings on your blender that might not be for you. - if you dont have anything frozen in your blender, maybe dont run the full cycle, seems like it would be too long.

I love morning smoothies but had stopped making them with my old blender because it would either wake the whole house up or leave my toddler running out of the room yelling that his ears hurt. I did some research on quiet blenders and they were all these massive contraptions with plastic covers to mask the sound. I read about The Beast and there were tons of comments that it was significantly quieter than other blenders. I hemmed and hawed for a few months because of the price tag compared to my old blender (Ninja), but in the end, went for it. I'm so impressed - it is a petite little blender, looks super sleek on the counter, and packs a punch as far as power. The drinkable containers look sleek too - people comment on them, an they're all dishwasher safe. So happy with my blender, I can't believe I didn't buy it months ago.

Pros are powerful motor an auto slow down and speed back up to avoid overheating. Cons are the canister retains water after washing and hard to get out. The contact points wear and corrode and then won’t allow blender to run. Mine stopped working after 2.5 years on once per week use. Someone using this more probably won’t get one year. Finally the untapered cylindrical shape means it can take longer to get items blended items don’t naturally flow to bottom as easily. Major engineering design flaws which is a shame.

I had this blender for 6 months and it just stopped working. It seems like a sturdy well made blender but... I guess not. What a waste of money, product and time. I hate to throw it away but.....
