The Smartstitch S-1001 is truly amazing. It is user friendly and supported by am amazing company. Not only is this machine quiet and powerful , but it’s a nice compact size and fits in a small space. I love this embroidery machine so much. It stitches out beautifully and is very fun to use and create with!The price is very reasonable especially with all that it comes with. When it’s time to add another machine I will definitely be buying another Smartstitch.

The Machine is awesome, has a learning curve but all embroidery machines due.😫 not so great with the shipping don’t know who arranged it, but we talked to someone at the shipping company was assured that we would have a phone call before delivery. Was delivered 2 days before the date no call, hat it sitting outside in -10 degree weather for 2 days. Could not get my movers till the day it was supposed to arrive.

The media could not be loaded. The machine was definitely worth the price. It's more on the affordable side of multineedle machines but you can still get great quality products out of the machine. I didnt know before I bought the machine that i would be required to take a training after set up but training was pretty quick and really helpful especially considering i had never used a multineedle before. I've had my machine for about two months and I haven't had issues. Any questions I have customer service or really the support team you get assigned to on Facebook responds fairly quickly even with the time difference.

This machine has been amazing!! It’s definitely a steep learning curve & requires maintenance - just like most things. But if you treat it well, it’ll return the favor! It has been able to take on all my desired projects, and the support team has been great. They take a little while to respond, but the community you gain with it is incredible also.

The media could not be loaded. This machine was a splurge and I am soo excited to keep learning! I’ve done a little embroidery but this was a big step and so far is so incredibly easy to use. I love that you have everything you need from the moment your machine arrives - machine, stand, embroidery thread spools, extra needles, hoops, hat hoop and stand, tool box with EVERYTHING you might need. They even provide a USB to transfer your files to your machine.Smartstitch also provides a technical support group that you can reach out to at any time, paired with one on one training to ensure your machine is set up correctly. Before training, the getting started videos walk you through threading your machine and preparing your bobbin. During the training, they walk you through a set of test stitches to ensure all 10 needles are working/threaded correctly and your tension is set to ensure high quality embroidery.Once you know the basics, the rest is a breeze. The video is of the first thing I embroidered on my new S1001 - a zippered canvas pouch. It came out perfect and I couldn’t be more excited to expand what I am able to embroider.The machine is fast and not as loud as I was expecting, which is a plus. My only struggle thus far is hooping. These hoops are a bit different than what I am used to, so it’s going to be an adjustment. Not hard, just different.Overall I am absolutely in love with my new embroidery machine and can’t wait to see what projects I can accomplish!

I absolutely love this machine. Its easy to use. Cheaper than your average 10 needle and the costumer service is awesome. I highly recommend this machine and brand.
