This is a really great exercise mat! It’s actually much bigger and thicker than it looks in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. It feels very sturdy and provides plenty of cushioning, making it really comfortable to use while exercising. I also love that it folds up when I’m finished, so it’s easy to store without taking up a lot of space. The built-in handles are another nice feature and make it really easy to carry and move around. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality and convenience of this mat. Definitely recommend!

I was worried that it would be too soft and squishy for mat stretches. But it is perfect. The foam is dense, supportive, and comfortable. Nice when on knees or lying on back. I personally prefer my traditional 5/8 in thick yoga mat for standing stretches. But I am glad I have both. The quality impresses me. Stitching seems durable. Excellent value for the price! Very satisfied. Convenient to store: folds flat or stands up on end when folded.

This mat was exactly what I needed. I wanted a thicker mat because I have bad knees and I am able to do my yoga easily and very comfortably because the extra thickness cushions my bony knees so they don’t hurt. The fact that it’s folds right up is great too. I just pick it up and put it in the closet when I’m done. Definitely recommend.

Quality was even better than I expected. Very nice dense padding that 'gives' just the right amount. Great for exercises Etc and I like the fact that you can fold it up and it has handles where you can carry it

This a great little mat to use for camping or to jse while working on a vehicle to keep you from laying on the hard uncomfortable ground for long periods of time. Doesn't really roll up but does fold up to make it easy to store when not in use. Didn't really have any odor to it. Like how it has a little handle to help with transporting.

Very good mat. The firmness is much thicker and softer than laying on regular carpet, but not so squishy that you feel like it’s not there. If you have a hard time doing situps on the floor or have bad knees, it is the holy Grail.It has a little bit of weight to it, but is fabulous for almost any floor exercise. Great for the price and I am considering getting another one for the second floor.

This mat is perfect for any ground work exercises I want to do. Even if I have a carpeted floor, I still prefer to work out on this for any yoga, stretches, and ab work. I don't know how people are fine with very skinny yoga mats, as I find them very uncomfortable still. This folding mat is very easy to carry around and store, I have limited space in my apartment so I'm happy that this folds up neatly and tucks away. I've also used this mat to baby proof some areas in my apartment when my baby was learning to crawl, then walk, eventually when she is old enough she could use this for gymnastics as well. Overall very happy with this product and how durable it has been.

I’m happy with this purchase. The material seems very sturdy. The exercise mat folds nicely into 2x2 feet that is 6 inches thick, so it will easily fit into any car. And it weighs less than 4 lbs. There is no strong plastic smell right out of the box.
