Fantastic foam roller. What is good is that the inside is not hollow, which means this one is very durable, it won't crack if any heavy weight presses on it. It is also small and fits perfectly to the width of my back. As I grind my teeth, all my upper back, shoulders and neck are always tense after I wake up, and with time, the pain builds up and can really affect me. So what I do is use that roller every morning for a couple of minutes on my back, shoulder blades, and neck, and it works very well.

Quite hard for my back, also it would’ve been good if the middle section of spikes were lower than the rest of it, as it pressed on the spine (bone) which is not recommended

Overall great roller, its solid and good quality. It provides deep tissue relief, which can be quite painful at first but it gets easier over time. I run so my legs can be extremly tight hence the pain. If you are new to foam rolling I'd recommend starting with a regular foam roller first before moving onto this one.

Quite uncomfortable to use.

This roller has become an essential part of my bedtime routine. I love how hard and sturdy it is—it really hits those acupuncture points and provides deep relief. Just a heads-up: if you prefer a softer, more cushioned massage, this might be too firm for you. But for deep tissue work, it’s perfect!

Good solid product

It’s hard enough and nice and compact. Only issue is there are 2 seams that go all the way across and are sharp if you’re rolling on bare skin which I do most of the time. Will try and remove them with a razor blade but not ideal.

È l’unico rullo su altre 5 marche che ho provato che non si è rotto. La dimensione e leggermente più piccola degli standard ma forse è proprio una delle caratteristiche che lo rende ancora di più migliore. Non troppo duro ne troppo morbido, ideale per rilassare i muscoli della schiena e delle gambe sia prima che post allenamento ma anche a fine giornata

Zusätzlich zu diversen Fitnessbändern haben wir uns diese Faszienrolle geklaubt. Da ich unter starken Rückenschmerzen leide, wurde mir diese Rolle ans Herz gelegt. Die Rolle ist sehr leicht und die noppen sind recht fest. Ich stärke damit meine Rückenmuskeln und ebenfalls Massiert es meine Rücken auch. Sie hat eine ordentliche breite, womit ich meinen ganzen Rücken trainieren / massieren kann. Es bedarf einer gewissen Eingewöhnungs- und Übungszeit, bis man den richten dreh raus hat. Wenn man diesen aber erstmal raus hat, ist sie einfach super. Man trainiert sowohl die Rücken- als auch die Bauchmuskeln in einem.

Para mí el mejor roll de todos los que he probado, es doloroso y placentero a la vez, los tacos son duros y prominentes, perfectos para destrozar los nudos musculares más profundos.

Ich habe die Rolle gekauft um Verspannungen zu lösen. Ein echtes Foltergerät aber es erfüllt seinen Zweck ;-)
