This is a solid laptop with great performance for its size. The display is sharp and bright, the build feels premium, and it handles multitasking smoothly. Perfect balance of portability and power.

After using few months, here is my experience. The laptop is super light and easy to carry. The performance is very good. There is little bit noise but you can adjust it from my dell setting.

I had previously purchased two refurbished Dell computers from Amazon with poor results over the past 12-18 months. Both developed catastrophic systems failures within weeks. Too much much trouble to wipe clean for security purposes and send back as I am a very busy professional. This new Dell has been a very different story. Works as expected with robust operating system and excellent video and audio. I should have went with new all along. New Dells have provided me with reliable performance for years. John

Good size, good weight. Good battery. I am happy with it. I purchased it a year ago at least and still use it as my main computer.

Meh. That is my overall review for this laptop. Named the best on the market by the New York Times...how much did Dell pay them to say that? It is not intuitive, the mouse pad is all over place when you try to use it, displaying to a monitor can be spotty, too many bad defaults to make it easier to use. Dell has made better in the past and hopefully better in the future. This laptop is getting downgraded to my back-up once I find a better replacement.

Very fast

After the purchase and because of holiday I opened the box 5 days after I received it. The laptop didn't work properly from day 1. It was erroring and shutting down without any warning. After about a week or so I decided to return it to Amazon. And then I could not return it to Amazon as the order was categorized as need a special attention. I was forced to call the seller and meanwhile I tried to resolve laptop's issues by calling Dell support. It took me few weeks to finally receive my refund.
