The taste is very bad in water but good in black coffee.

The flavor of this powder is SO strong I couldn’t handle it. I thought a small scoop would be ok in my giant morning coffee (about 2-3 cups worth) but I was wrong. It is so sweet that I had to throw it out. Even half a scoop is too potent. Now I’m not sure what to do with it.

I got the vanilla to go in my coffee, it mixes well and I like the flavor. I need my protein without all the extra calories and I trust Gary Breka so I’m all in.

After drinking this powder (with a lot of water), I notice a decided improvement in energy levels and digestive regularity. This is the first full week, so not sure if I will also start gaining weight, a major goal. This product results in a suspension and not a solution drink, so frequent stirring is suggested. I am a 79 year old female.

I'd prefer no flavor, mix between vanilla and contents is brutal tasting.

I purchased the Vanilla flavor, and it tastes terrible — overwhelmingly like stevia and nothing like vanilla. I attempted to return or exchange it for another flavor but was told that was not allowed. Spending $89.95 on a product I can’t use due to poor quality is extremely disappointing. What kind of return policy prevents customers from returning an item they are unsatisfied with?

All bcaas are not created equal.. there are only 8 aminos not nine. I rarely see results with a supplement but this one I saw results after a single tub. I am a 34 year old female. I have been working out consistently with a very good diet for over 10 years. I really struggle to grow and show definition in my arms. I have been seeing more muscle ton after changing only this!! Quality product. I chose this brand over the other 2 I was looking at because they offer a powder (yes it's bitter, all aminos are! I have tried vanilla and mocha- would not recommend putting in your coffee-- both flavors are good. ) the other brands (this one also has a pill option) you have to take TEN capsules in the morning. That's wayyyyy to many for with my other vitamins I take. I also believe that in the drinkable form it's more bio available. I prefer to get as much nutrients I can withput taking pills. Hope this helps. If your on the fence I would buy this brand.

I use this on my fasting days as it doesn't break my fasts. The taste is somewhat off, but I'm able to chug it down in about 3-4 swallows. I can always tell if I forget to take it in the morning as I get hungry way faster. I was looking for a Fortagen replacement and this seems to fit the bill easy enough while be significantly cheaper.
