Arctix Kids Jackalope Insulated Winter Jacket

My 4-year-old daughter is absolutely thrilled with her new Arctix Jackalope Insulated Winter Jacket! Not only is it adorable, but it's also incredibly warm and cozy. The insulated design keeps her snug on even the chilliest winter days, and the waterproof material has withstood numerous snowball fights and sledding adventures. I'm impressed by the jacket's durability and quality - the stitching is solid, the zippers are easy to use, and the adjustable cuffs and hem ensure a customizable fit. The reflective strips on the sleeves are a great safety feature, especially for early morning or evening outings. What really sets this jacket apart, though, is its comfort and flexibility. Daughter used this for our ski trip and it was great. The jacket itself is not very soft, but it is heavy duty and does the job of keeping kids warm in the snow. The fit was right on point for my 7 year old.

Love this. Took it with us to Colorado in December of 24 and my daughter not only loved the color but it kept her very warm. It was comfy on the inside and she did not get wet playing in the snow.

This is a replacement of the exact, smaller jacket that my daughter outgrew. I bought her the first one a little big and it lasted two winters, which is great since kids seem to grow out of clothes and shoes too fast for my budget :). My kids also seem to wear things out a lot, but this jacket has held up very nicely and it still looks very new. My friend has a younger daughter to whom we're handing down and she's very excited to have it. It's warm enough, have never heard my daughter complain about being too cold when we're skiing. It's light enough to allow plenty of mobility. And it's water-resistant enough to keep her dry after a full day of skiing. And the price is great!

The price and quality are wonderful. Fits my daughter well with some room to grow, keeps her warm and dry and has functional features. She is slender and wears a size 10/12. I purchased her normal size and this fit like a glove with some room to spare (and hopefully another season of use 🤞🏻). She wore a thermal turtleneck, snow bibs (also Artix brand) and this coat and she was warm and dry each day she played in the snow and went skiing in sub-freezing temperatures. The added features like adjustable cuffs, multiple pockets, and elastic hood were beneficial. My only critique is that the fabric that lines the inner part of the hood is NOT water resistant or waterproof in any way, so when she had the hood off while skiing and it snowing outside, her hood ended up sopping wet. We were able to amend this issue the following day by rolling and tucking the hood in behind her collar, but it would be nice if the manufacturer added the ability to zip the hood into the collar and/or detach it if needed. Also, if your child isn’t wearing snow bibs, this coat does not have a powder skirt… IYKYK 😅

Our kiddo loves this coat. It has enough room to layer a hoodie underneath and still be able to move. Like others mentioned, the zipper pull came off about a month in. Not ideal, but we ordered some zipper pulls in purple which she likes much better and are easier on the fingers than traditional metal zipper pulls. We'll see how it continues through winter, but we're 2 1/2 months in and it's doing its job well.

The Arctix Kids' Jackalope Insulated Winter Jacket is very POOR QUALITY : The stitching is crooked and uneven, there are loose threads everywhere, broken snaps, crooked zipper, you name it !... The front sides of the coat are not even of equal length, resulting in the zipper being crooked & therefore not closing properly... We've had Arctix jackets before and they held up for the whole winter season without any issues, but NOT this one !... This coat is literally FALLING APART, believe the bad reviews, they tell the truth !!... DO NOT BUY !!!

Waterproof, windproof, rain proof, snow proof. Sent my daughter to 6th grade camp in this thing. She said she was warm the whole entire time. The insulated layers really kept her warm without having to layer up and add bulk. She was able to enjoy all he camp activities in this jacket. We bought it slightly bigger so that we could use it for 1 or 2 more winters.

La compramos para mi hija de 4 años para utilizarla en temperaturas alrededor de 0 grados, la talla fue perfecta para permitirle utilizar una sudadera ligera por debajo y un underwear térmico ligero. Nunca sufrió frío y la chamarra aguantó sin problemas el uso diario que se le dio.
