Nice little blender
When I got this, there was an issue with the seal on the blade part, all the cups leaked - but the company was very responsive and prompt in sending me a replacement (they sent an entire new blender). Good blending power, only 1 speed. The fact that you blend the food in the cup and use that same cup to drink out of helps save you from having to wash an additional container, and you can put the cups in the fridge if needed (haven't tried the freezer but the plastic seems thick enough that it shouldn't be an issue). Really great for smoothies, and they sell additional cups if you need them. There are vertical ridges along the sides of the cups that I assume help with the blending process, but can make the cups a little difficult to clean if you get nut butter or something else dried in the ridges. The blade part is fairly easy to clean.

Great little gadget
Update: I have been using this for 2 years now fairly regularly and it has held up great. I am going to change it to 5 stars. Note: the blender blade part will fill up with water when submerged to soak or washed in the dishwasher, so I just blend soapy water then rinse. I usually put the cup part in the dishwasher. I bought this because I am tired of using my vitamix for small batches, which doesn't blend effectively in small amounts. I have only used this once, and I was quite impressed. It works super quickly and blends very well. I haven't blended it with ice yet (looking forward to homemade frozen coffee), but with all frozen fruits and water, it worked great. Several reviewers said that you have to plug and unplug it to turn it on and off. That was not true for my machine. Just push down the bottle to turn it on and take pressure off to turn it off. Great machine that tucks nicely into my appliance garage.

Perfect For Smoothie Bowls
This little blender is perfect for my morning smoothie bowls. I like to start my day with a filling meal and I can fit all my ingredients into the jar nicely. And this thing is small but the blending power is great. My old blender couldn’t properly blend the spinach I added but with this one, I can’t even tell the spinach is there but I’m getting the extra greens. It’s very simple to use. Just plug in, lock the jar in place and push down. No confusing options and modes. If you just run this through the dishwasher it gets cleaned easily. Hand washing is a bit more of a pain but it’s doable. The only issue I’ve had is having to shake my smoothie between blending to be sure it gets everything.

Smoothie Operator
Simple, streamlined, powerful, effective. Any appliance is only worth how much you use it, and for me, convenience is the key. This blender is super easy - blend, drink, rinse, done. I hate when appliances come with a million accessories you will probably never use. I don’t need a bunch of plastic cluttering my life. This is just the cup, the blending lid, a lid with a drinking opening, and a solid lid without an opening. All of them screw on tight and smooth, and feel very sturdy. All are easy to rinse clean under the faucet, no little crevices. Powerful. Frozen berries and big ice cubes become smoothie in about 30 seconds. There are no controls on the machine. Lock in the cup and it goes to work, unlock it and it stops. This means you can’t pulse it, but so far that hasn’t been an issue, and again, I appreciate simplicity. I was a little reluctant as this is one of those mysterious companies that only exists through Amazon, with typos in the manual. But the machine itself is just what I need, and nothing I don’t. And also, here in Portland, OR it was delivered SAME day for free with Prime, like 11 hours after I ordered it. What a world!

My smoothie maker
Gets the job done - one speed but it creates great smoothies

Into the landfill it goes. Broke after 9 months and sadly into the landfill it goes.
It gets the job done, chopping up small seeds easily in a smoothie. And I like the wideness of the jar, which is easy to clean. But overall it seems like a one-trick pony. And like many products it has minor aesthetic flaws that lead a slight feeling of annoyance: 1. Gasket seal is hard material, leading to tendency to leak unexpectedly. 2. If it does leak, fluid goes into the drive chamber and gets under the rotor where it's hard to get out. 3. It has NO SWITCH, one speed only. I like to control the speed, start slow, speed it up as needed. 4. To turn it on, jar must be pressed into the base with a fair amount of force and rotated. I usually find this takes more than one try and that I bear down on it with both arms. Not sure a less strong person could do that. 5. Assembled lid and jar are very smooth, with few grooves for friction of grip. It is hard to get them apart if they or one's hands are wet. ** EDIT ** The damn switch that turns it on when you insert the jar has stopped working. I've had it 9 months. Now it's useless. There isn't any place to recycle it so into the landfill it goes. Products that don't last are a commercial crime against our home, the planet.

Great little machine.
Spent at least an hour looking over blenders and reviews. Waited and looked again. Decided on this one. Not disappointed. Works very well. The key is to not overload and blend in several steps if using frozen fruit, ice. So much easier than pulling out my large blender every time. Seems solid and well built. There are no buttons to mess with. Simply push blender container down in unit. Can pulse this way or run continuously. But not too long as you don't want to burn out motor. Would recommend and buy again. Only time will tell how it holds up.

This was a replacement for a magic bullet which lasted for roughly 13 yrs of very intermittent use. Main use is for frozen fruits for smoothies. This blender is obviously more powerful than MB and smoothies come out well blended and at faster speed and less strain on the motor. I use it 4 times per week at least. There are no leaks and everything seems of decent quality. No defects in 2 months of use For the sale price, it is good value. Lastly, it does not absolutely blend large pieces of frozen fruit....there will be small chunks left if the fruit is large and really frozen. I suspect it wouldn't blend chunks of ice smoothly as well. For my use, I feel I am getting good performance and value.

Nice and compact with a powerful motor. It really mixes well as I use frozen fruit and protein powder which can be gritty if not well blended. This one does a great job! There is a rubber seal and you must really TIGHTEN the blade assembly when using or there will bit a bit of leakage. The motor smells ‘hot’ after a couple minutes but I have a drill that does that too and it’s not a problem. Cleans up easily. Very happy with this purchase.

Primarily, I use this for shakes (protein and fruit). This device crushes ice with ease. In fact, you'd never know that large ice-cubes are even present. So, if you are making shakes and smoothies, and you want something that will do it with ease then this is the device for you. Now about the design. This is the Magic Bullet's larger, much more powerful big brother. The mechanical design of this device is an exact copy of the Magic Bullet (except much larger and beefier). This means that the design flaws of the Magic Bullet have been repeated. For example, the device is engaged by three small tabs attached to the cup. On the MB, these tabs break off easily, resulting in a cup or attachment that is no longer usable. The MB cup seals around the cutting attachment wear out, causing leaking into the device during use. This blender has exactly the same design and as such, will likely suffer the same fate. On the MB, it is pretty easy to over tighten the lid/cutting attachment and I can only assume the same is true here. So if you like your Magic Bullet then you will LOVE this device. If you were bothered by the problems and issues with the MB, you may soon face the same issues here. However, you need to keep in mind that this device is about the same price, but is MUCH larger and WAY better built. The base, the cutting attachment and the cups are very sturdy and feel to be of the highest quality.

I was struggling to find a blender that was affordable but could get the job done, and I'm very happy with this one! It blends the frozen fruits and ice in my smoothies every day with no problems, and the size is great for an individual or double serving! Convenient, effective, and space-saving!

It's simple and does the job. But it was my very first time to use it and it leaks. It came with just one bottle with a lid. It's not an auto shut off.
