Better sleep patterns
I bought these as a trial after reading Lysine could be taken at night help to burn belly fat. What I didn’t know is I would be getting my best nights sleep! I track my sleep patterns by apple watch and I’m now averaging 15-30mins of extra deep sleep. The taste is alright, kind of orangish… I just chew a few times and swallow with water.

A bit too sweet for me, but probably as effective as regular Lysine pills that I used when I had cold sores. These are really big though, and a serving size is 2, so it takes a while to consume them.
