Good product.
This is easy to use forearm strengthner. The quality of the spring and materials is good. Good for home workout, but don't expect to get a massive pump with this.

its not for beginners, this is just a pair of springs connected in parallel at the ends (one to hold and one under your wrist) the spring catches hold if your hair, the rest plate (a rubber bush) on the wrist also doesn’t act friendly on the hair rupturing it. for professionals it helps in getting your muscles toned provided you spent time at the gym already and ready to warm down your wrists. For the price and the description it performs well.

Best equipment ever.
Nice equipment for forearms n wrist..Much comfortable than dumbell..Light weight easy to use.Tough quality with perfect finishing.U might not get forearms like the display picture but u will still be able to gain a lot of strength n size with this.U can use it everyday as forearm is a slow twitch muscle unlike other bodyparts.Nothing like anything in this price.

Realy good quality.. the spring is so strong.. may be feel little more tuff for beginners.. but its very good for intermediate level.. i don't expected this kind of good quality.. full satisfied. Go for it guys

Good for beginners
This is a good product for beginners looking to strengthen their forearms. There is a lesser tensioned version I have seen that should be good for women and children. After the beginning phase recommend users to move to free weights.
