No. The one I purchased for my husband came in a clear little bag, the size of the watch, and in a white delivery bag. There was zero boxes involved, zero padding, zero any consideration. For a $100 watch, you’d expect more. Heck, the $9 watches at Walmart come in a dang box! Only reason I don’t regret purchasing the watch, is because the watch is gorgeous and my husband loved it. Extremely unhappy about the delivery and care this company showed.

What size tool is used to remove backing to replace battery or where on amazon can I get the tool

We would recommend taking the watch to a local jeweler or store to have the battery replaced.

Classy And Stylish

Excellent Watch. The watch is very much suitable for both casual and formal looks. This nate series watch is huge & on the heavier side too which you can feel it on the wrist but not a con for me. Although its heavy, it is surprisingly comfortable. Just loved it. Elegant watch. Highly recommended. Well done Fossil.

Quality watch

I had my previous Fossil for close to 10 years, maybe more with no issues except for battery replacement. Hard to find companies with this kind of quality product for a reasonable price. Love my new one too:) Came on time and brand new (some complained about used products being shipped). Stylish, well-built, and exactly as advertised. Free strap adjustment at local Fossil store in the mall. Fits beautifully and comfortably. So far impeccable time precision. Includes a stopwatch and a 24hr dial. More than happy with the purchase.
