Enoking Universal Knife Block Holder with Plastic Lid, Acacia Wood Knife Block without Knives for Scissors, Sharpening Rod and Knives, Round Knife Storage Organizer Display

I had been searching for a knife storage solution for a while, and settled on this one. I am super happy with it. It holds a lot of knives, including my cleaver, and also my scissors and hone. It looks great on the counter too.

Great knife block, with a few caveats: 1. Vertical slots, vertical block - this block is not angled, so with longer knives, it’s inconvenient on standard counters with cabinets above. We have a space that does not have a cabinet installed above it, so it is perfect for our needs. If you have a cabinet above, (where you want to place it), it might be cumbersome. 2. Many slots. This block has a row of wide slots and a row of narrow slots. They accept all of our knives - but you have to choose which slot to use each time you put a knife away. We were looking for a universal block to consolidate our steak & working knives. Choosing slots isn’t an issue for us, (but it might be for some who stress about such things.) 3. This is perfect for our needs, but it is very large. (Huge footprint) Much larger than we anticipated - but, we found a place that wasn’t under a cabinet, giving it the headspace to pull out our longest knives without needing to pull the entire block out or tilt it. It’s well made and attractive in our kitchen.

I was looking for a universal knife block to replace 2 Kapoosh knife blocks with the flex nylon/plastic rods (which seemed a good idea when purchased but the nylon/plastic inserts bent over time and became unusable, and the replacement insert cost as much as a new block). After much research (more than I did with the Kapoosh) I decided on this ENOKING Universal Knife Block. I was able to fit 27 knives with room to spare (all the knives that were in the 2 Kapooshes) in less space, and because it is NOT slanted, there is no wasted space behind the knife block as it fits flush up against the wall. I have 2 cleavers in the cleaver slots but my cleavers also fit in the regular slots so it should accommodate extra-large cleavers as well. I was able to fit ALL my steak knives and paring knives, grapefruit knife and spreader. Two knives were able to fit in 1 large slot with the cutting sides in opposite directions without touching. I plan to put a pen-shaped ceramic bag opener in the sharpener hole. You WILL have to skip 1-2 slots with knives that have thicker handles, so that's why it needs to be so big but still a smaller footprint than what I had before. Well-constructed so long as the insert lasts, only time will tell. I am confused about the Plastic Lid in the description as no lid was included and I do not see the need for one. Also, a choice of woods would have been nice.

Great countertop storage for knives. I've had it a few months now and it has held up great. I have it holding 7 knives. It's affordable and stylish.

Beautiful wood. Knife support material can be damaged if knives inserted roughly. Knives need to be pushed tightly to the sides or they won't stand up straight. Holds all my knives including a 4 in deep Japanese clever.

My expectations were low but I actually love this. Fits almost any knife, looks decent (I don’t love the color of the acacia - it doesn’t match other acacia wood pieces I have since it’s a lot darker) and I can basically blindly put knives into it and know they’re secure and will stick. I have all my steak knives and everything from chefs knives to paring ones in here and it holds them all. I probably have about 20 stuck in this thing on any given day. Absolutely best random thing I’ve bought for the kitchen.

I love the design, the flexible slotting is exactly what I needed to get all my knives in one place. I was able to empty half of a utensil drawer. Things like scissors, cheese knives, bread knife, steel, small paring knives; things I had forgotten I had. Now they are safe in a block with my everyday prep and steak knives. And the wood finish looks similar to my cutting block next to it. I made a great purchase.

L’article est arrivé parfaitement emballé, très beau et peut contenir beaucoup de couteaux de grandeur différente il aurait été parfait pour mes couteaux japonais, cependant il était trop volumineux pour mon petit comptoir et malgré mon erreur, j’ai pu le retourner et recevoir le remboursement facilement et rapidement. Je conclue donc que le service est parfait , mon conseil: regarder bien les mesures et si vous avez l’espace nécéssaire n’hésitez pas c’est un très beau produit. J’espère qu’un produit similaire mais plus petit sera disponible un jour.

Looks great. Works as expected. Small slots for small knives. Larger slots for larger knives. Locations for scissors and sharpening steel as well. Worth it.

Love this knife block it holds all my various knives and cleavers. And has a spot for everything! Big and heavy and will not topple over!

Holds a lot of knives! Very practical looks good on the counter vs old knife blocks

I recently purchased the knife holder and overall, I’m quite pleased with it! Here are my thoughts: The sleek, compact design fits perfectly on my countertop without taking up too much space. It’s visually appealing and matches my kitchen décor nicely. The materials feel sturdy and well-made, which adds to its overall aesthetic. This knife holder does a great job of keeping my knives organized and easily accessible. The slots are appropriately sized for my various knife types, and I appreciate the safety it provides by keeping the blades covered and away from little hands. One minor downside is you can't see what each knife is until removed from the holder. Definitely not a deal breaker as I still love the look of this holder. For the price, I think it offers great value. It’s functional, stylish, and has made my kitchen much more organized. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient knife holder. Four stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟
