These glasses are gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Packaging was great and they all arrived intact. Just be aware that they are very delicate. No way would I put these in a dishwasher and you have to be super gentle even in handwashing them. But the delicate attributes is what makes them so pretty!

ORIGINAL:Despite the foam packaging and perfectly intact pristine outer box, two of the glasses arrived with clean, circular chips at the rim—as if a ring of glass simply gave up and detached. This isn’t shipping damage; it’s a manufacturing flaw.UPDATE:Seller promptly reached out and assured manufacturing flaw was being addressed. They were very cordial, apologetic, and replaced broken product free of charge. New glasses arrived perfectly intact.Very elegant glassware; I highly recommend using extreme care when washing/storing these glasses, as they can be quite fragile.

I've ordered 3 sets of the 4 pack Nick and Nora glasses at separate times, twice for myself and once as a gift to a friend. The most recent shipment unfortunately had a glass with a small but obvious bubble (<1mm). It was an obvious flaw. The package came with a card with e-mail to contact in case of issues, so I did. Within 2 days, I had a personalized e-mail reply, taking responsibility and wished to remedy. Within days, I receive 2 glasses. In their words, "One as replacement and the other as spare." Couldn't have asked for better customer support. Will continue to order from them.

Glasses arrived unbroken, securely packaged. These are a nice size and stable-on-the-table. I bought them as a requested Christmas gift.

Great glassware and even better customer service! I purchased 4 boxes of 4. One of the glasses was broken when they arrived. I emailed the customer service and they responded immediately and sent a replacement and an extra just in case and as a token of an apology. I cannot say enough good about this company. Refreshing to have great customer service and good products! Highly recommend.

The glasses are better than I had expected. They are petite, light and delicate — very much like the ones used for martinis and other cocktails at elegant bars in the US and Europe. I’m most satisfied.

One of the glasses had a small air bubble.The company quickly and happily replaced it. They also included an extra one for my trouble, which was not necessary.They are of high quality and so is the company.
