Great customer service
The first one came with a broken handle and they sent me a new one the next day after I sent in the broken one. It is a beautiful cup well made, and they have great customer service.

Update: After a few months of use the printing is starting to come off with regular hand washing. Good size mug. The writing is printed on both sides. I gave the mug as a Mother's day gift they found the saying on mug funny. My only reason for giving this item four stars is because no where on box or the item itself did it say if it was microwave safe. Almost all the mugs my mother has can be microwaved and she doesn't want to accidentally put a mug in the microwave if it should not be used in one. This was written before I checked item description.
