Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love Ampeg gear and this pedal did not disappoint! It really wakes up the tone on my PJ Bass with passive Geezer Butler EMG pickups. It’s the first pedal in my signal chain.

昔少ベースをしており、その時はスタジオのアンペグ使用して惚れ込んでいました。 その時期に楽器可のマンションで20W位のアンペグのアンプを買って練習しておりましたが、苦情が来て止めました(笑) ベースは最近再開しました。 アンプから体に受けるような振動は当然有りませんが、音はアンペグです。 色々シリーズが有りますが、どうしても電池駆動が良いのでこれを選びました。 ワガママですけど先程書いた大音量の振動も欲しいですが、それはスタジオに行くしかありません。 大方のスタジオに置いてあるアンプもアンペグなので、これでの音作りもそのまま応用編出来ます。 パッシブオンリーのベースでも、これで音作りの幅が広がるのでオススメです。

Does what a compressor is supposed to do, even out the signal without introducing artifacts. Set and forget type, once I found the settings appropriate for my way of playing and my instrument, I just leave it, it's always on and it sound great.
