This is my 2nd mouthgaurd for snoring.Because I snore so much, I always like to keep a spare.I suffer with sleep apnea and I'll do anything not to have a CPAP.These work for me as I have an overbite and bring my lower jaw forward to open my airways.Little uncomfortable at first but once you're used to it after a couple of days, you don't notice its there.It's also not too chunky like some, so you can even close your mouth.Very easy to mould.Great value for money,Highly recommended for any snorers out there. Just give it a chance.

This product is poor. In order to work it needs to fit well. I followed video instructions and still couldn’t get it to fit properly after multiple attempts.It didn’t help in any way with my snoring

Tried it for 2-3 weeks, not sure if it works tbh. Found the tape worked better.

Had this for almost a week now and it really does work. The nasal dilators come in several different sizes, the plastic is flexible so they’re comfortable unlike some of the harder ones I’ve tried in the past. The mouth guard is easy to mould following the instructions in the box, again the plastic doesn’t feel too hard. Others I’ve tried have made my jaw ache but this one hasn’t. Comes with a plastic storage box. Good value for money and worth it for a restful sleep for both me and my partner!

Two products hit different areas of snoring. The mouth piece is smaller than other types and is comfortable. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. Proved I am a nasel snorer though so have sought a different solution.

Ok - my situation is that I snore. I am embarrassed that I do, and have been trying to find a solution for years, without any real progress. I have tried surgery, bought pretty much every product on the market, but never found one that actually either did the job or was comfortable.I kind of knew that a mouth guard was going to help, as I always found my tongue hitting the roof of my mouth when I slept, but all the guards I have tried have been really uncomfortable and I just couldn't get on with them.Anyway, in my quest I came across the DS5 mouth guard and thought I'd give it a go, and downloaded Snorelab (again) to see if it made any difference.I kid you not, when I tell you that my Snorelab score was zero....yes zero on my first real night of using the guard. I tried a few nights and couldn't get it 100% comfortable, but after 3 days or so I got use to it. I thought it was a one off or Snorelab was broken. So the next night I tried it with the guard and a nasal dilator and my score was 16. Good but a few snores in there, so back to just using the guard and low and behold, even with alcohol, my score is zero. I did have one night of 19, but that was a very, very late night and so I am attributing the score to that (but still well below the 25 target range).If you're looking for a solution, then you have nothing to lose. My BMI is 22, I am a side sleeper who doesn't smoke and of good physical fitness, so if you are in the same boat, give this product a go, and just to confirm this is not a paid promotion and I am not connected to the company. I am just letting the public know that this could be a solution for you, and I am so chuffed that I might have found a solution for me. It is early days....but the current outcomes are very, very satisfactory.

It doesn't stop snoring at all, the snoring was louder after wearing the dual solution of nose and mouth. I followed the instruction booklet to the letter but it didn't work in reducing the snore at all.

This has helped my snoring more than other products I have brought to try and reduce this. There are different sizes for the nasal dilators. The quality of the mouthpiece is good and allows you to mould to your teeth and the instructions were easy to use.
