12 March 2025 - Received 3 boxes yesterday and installed them today. Easy and straight forward with ZERO issues. Everything works as advertised, comfortable and fit perfectly. Would give 5 stars but haven’t used them other than to “test sit” plus the vibrating works fine just a bit “hoaky”.

If I can give it a 10 starts I will... Easy to essamble, very confortable, quality looks good, size is perfect for a medium living room... The massage seat (in every single one) is so relaxing! I love it...

We got the 5 seat couch with reclining ends.Based on the photos we thought there would be 2 fold down backs but there is 1 and you can choose which middle seat you want it to be. The massage is light, nothing really helpful. Our boxes did not have an instruction manual for the 5 seat couch.It's firm, but comfortable and seems to be good quality. I like that it wipes clean with a baby wipe. Shipped/arrived quickly- got 3 boxes one day and the other 3 the next- very heavy boxes. My husband put it together easily with little help from me.10/10 would recommend so far!

We received our recliner, and it was easy to assemble. It is very sturdy, soft, and comfortable. We love the built-in back massager, phone charger, and the numerous pockets and cup holders. It fits perfectly in our RV and has transformed our TV watching and relaxation experience. Since we have a cat and dogs, we placed a sofa cover over it, which was very easy to put on and now protects our new reclining loveseat.

Very nice unit but messager motor to light for construction. Also have to keep readjusting power supply to keep unit running. Turns of and have to mess with cord to activate, not pleasing. Hassle
