Straight out of the package, these XL-Tall pajama bottoms are comfortable. But here's the rub: I have a 39" inseam. These JUST fit, but I haven't washed them. I know that when I finally do wash them, they'll shrink enough that they no longer fit in terms of length. If you have legs as long as I have, take a look at XXL-Tall and larger. It's possible that you'll get a taller inseam, but there is no guarantee.UPDATE 1/3/18I washed these the other day, and yes they do shrink quite a bit in length. In fact, they're so short now that I wouldn't wear these to lounge around the house because I look like a clown. Instead, I'll reserve these pajama bottoms for when I'm actually getting into bed, and don't plan on anyone seeing me for the rest of the night.If you have really long legs like me, perhaps the larger sizes will give you the length you need. Unfortunately, with the longer length comes a much larger waist. You be the judge. I change my evaluation to 2 stars.

Wanted to love these, felt great and good quality when they arrived. Bought xl since my hubby is 6'4" but has a 34" waist and always has length issues. Fit large in waist and ok in length until washed. They must have lost 3-4" in length and are much too short. I held them up to me (31" inseam) and they look my length. Do not buy for tall men.

Very comfortable flannel pajama pants, warm and nice, great price, substantial material, beautiful fabric. Somebody cared about producing a valuable product. I may order more to stockpile a bit before some colors sell out… Very happy with these. Can't say enough good about the pajamas.

The waist in these pajama pants was too tight and you should think it could be adjusted with the string that goes all the way through the waist. - but that is not possible since there is an elastic band sewn into the waist seams. I an e sewer so I have taken care of the problem, but everyone else should know that the waist is smaller than normal for the size (in this case large). Everything else is tip top - nice fabric and pretty well manufactured.

I bought three different pairs of these and I have never seen so much lint! Lint everywhere. Even after washing once. So I washed them three times until the lint screen was finally reasonable. Just an insane amount of lint.

Purchased for my husband. Not an especially soft flannel and don’t feellike especially high quality but I’m hoping a few washes will soften them up. They run on the small side. XL is the same as L in most other brands so I’m glad I sized upUpdate: husband opened them on Christmas Day and to my surprise really likes them. He likes the lighter weight flannel and the fit is just right so defiantly size up.

These are very comfortable flannel pants. They feel like they are solidly constructed and the weight is just right- not too heavy, not too light. The length is a tad long, but, hopefully, (being 100% cotton), they'll shrink up over time. Compared to other manufacturers' versions, these are a great value. I'll follow through with an update to let you know how they hold up...

my husband is very happy with these pj's....he's tall 6'4" and not too slender, not too big around, just right (nice :) ). They fit him and he says they are soft and likes them. This is a picky tall dude so if he says they are good, they are Gooooooood. I recommend product and seller and amazon fulfillment, all are great and were truly helpful to me and provided his valentines gift in time despite my goofs that I made on the order (I'm a dork sometimes ha long story, bottom line is that this team came through with flying colors despite my goof, thank you all so much).
