It was a perfect replacement part.

These are a Joke!!! The one shave I got with them before they fell apart irritated my face and was not smooth. Then they both complete fell smart in the shaver cleaning dock, in the first cleaning!!! It was like they were glued together and the glue dissolved!! Junk!!!

Contrary to manufacture, you can expect one year or less service from a cartridge. They shave well enough, although nothing beats a razor cartridge. I was not sure these cartridges would fit. It was a tight snap, but went on. I oiled them up before use, and shaved. It was nice having a smooth finish when done. I'm hoping I get more than 9 months use out of each blade.

Although Braun shavers work approximately as well as their competition, the cutting heads need replacing at least twice as often as advertised, even for average facial hair. My personal experience is that tougher growth results in needing replacements every 90 days.

These blades are affordable. That takes care of the good. They fit the shaver but it's not a 100% fit and the shaver noise is much greater as a result. They are also not very sharp or durable. The shaver with the original blade gives a nice close shave and that blade was durable lasting months. These blades struggle after a month to give a nice smooth shave.

So I went through both in one day. I'm sure this was not intended as a single use item, but the part that holds the foil wad raised up because some of the little pieces of plastic that keep it all together ended up breaking within seconds. See those three little black specks in the photo? Those were rattling around in there and fell put when I took it off the razor. I'm returning it, so.its not a waste of money. I don't know if this is a common problem or what, but it was a total waste of time for me.

For the price, it works. But don't expect it to shave as well, efficiently, or as quickly as an original Braun shaver head replacement. Have used for 3 months. Worked alright. Looks exactly the same. Then, I compared it with an original Braun, and the difference was highly noticeable. That said, so is the price (3X the cost for the Braun version). So, does it work? yes. But you'll get a better result if you go with the original.

They are much cheaper, but cheaper is certainly not better. They don’t shave close at all, they pull vs cut the hair and you have to go over the same area 2-4 times to get it even remotely close.
