I was hesitant to order this product with only 5 reviews and the lowest price of similar-sized stations, but am very happy I did. The wash station arrived a day early and was well packed - with no dents or damage even though the box was a little roughed up. The tub itself came pre-assembled and the rest of the parts went together smoothly. The parts and fasteners are good quality, and I was pleased to find rubber seals pre-installed on the upper wall pieces so there would be no leaks. I did have a bit of trouble understanding the base assembly instructions (images only) which caused some rework, but overall it was an enjoyable and straight-forward build. It's a very solid wash station once assembled and I feel like comparatively - it was well worth the price. (I didn't install the faucet on my tub since I have a hot/cold hose bib a few feet away.) The included perforated shelf sits too high in the tub to be useful, especially if you have a pet that warrants the 46" wide tub. I would gladly trade the shelf for some pieces of traction tape to add to the steps. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a wash-station.

The sink itself is fantastic for washing dogs — that’s the main reason we bought it. We knew going in that we’d be installing, testing, and uninstalling it until our laundry room remodel was complete. After several months, the remodel is finally done and the sink is reinstalled.Unfortunately, the faucet is a major disappointment. It's nearly impossible to get warm water — it's either too hot or too cold, with no real ability to blend. On just the fourth use, the faucet cracked and now sprays a mist. I’ve had to shut off the hot water at the wall to stop the issue.This could easily be a 5-star unit with a better faucet. I'd normally run to Lowe’s and grab a replacement, but this isn’t a standard faucet, so that’s not an option.

For the price of this the drain plumbing could have been much more flexible material this metal is too rigid. Other than that our little dog is loving a warm bath. My Mastiff cant get in the tub, but we used the faucet to give her a warm bath. My Chow, he wont get in the tub. The steps are too unstable. Like the idea of pushing them in when not in use but, as soon as the dog feels the instabilty, the back away

Great product

I would have given this 5 stars but the dog wash came damaged in the box even though the box didn't have damage to it. Thank God my husband is a agriculture technician and had tools to fix the edge of tub that was bent badly. Other than that everything went together nicely. We are still in the process of the plumbing for the tub but so close to being finished. I'm excited to use it for our sweet Aussie, Casey.

Excellent dog wash station . The only negative is that the drain tube would not flex to where we needed it so we had to plumb it with PVC pipe.Once we got the plumbing fixed it went together nicely and the dog was staton was sturdy and well made . We are very happy with the dog wash station

Product was shipped. Parts are missing and you have to return this large item to get parts. Directions and labeling, you have to count the number of screws to see what goes where.

Extremely difficult to assemble. Came dented.
