Doenst work with Apple Headphones + Macbook
Doesnt work with corded apple headphones + mac. The sounds works (I can hear) but the microphone does not. I changed all settings and troubleshooted. If you don't need the microphone then you are good.

they are to wide had to grind them down on each side to make them fit. they need to taper them on the phone side otherwise it hits the case

iPhone 15 adapter for previous IPhone headphones
It works! I have an IPhone 15 with old IPhone 06 accessory like the headphones. I don’t like the wireless earbuds I’m old school.Just remember, you can’t use it for charging or data transfer.

Not Working with my Iphone Cover
It is expensive and doesn’t fit if you have certain cover for your iPhone. So , I have to return it since it doesn’t work with my iPhone cover.

Works perfectly
I use it to connect wired/lightning Apple earphones with windows laptop. Sound quality is excellent and the controls on the earphones like pause/play, volume up/down work fine.
