Amazon Basics 3-Step Acne Remedy System Treatment with 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide for Breakouts and Blemish Treatment, 2 Fluid Ounces, 1-Pack

I have been using Proactive for at least the past 20 years and it works great because anytime I ran out and didn’t get a replacement within the week , I would start to see blemishes start to show their annoying signs. Because it can pop up that quickly for me I am always hesitant to try new products but this said it is Amazon’s version of Proactive at half the price so I gave it a shot. It has been over a month of use and here is my thoughts: It looks pretty much like the original but seems to be a little thinner in consistency. It goes on smoothly and absorbs into the skin similar to Proactive. Most importantly, after a month of use and I have not seen any brake outs so far, so I am happy and so is my wallet. EXCELLENT! I have been using Proactiv for years and this product has exceeded all expectations. It works better than Proactiv. Does not over dry my skin and it is highly effective! I can't say enough good things about it. Wish i could give this product more than 5 stars!

I saw a comment on TikTok that said this product was good for helping acne so naturally I had to get and try it. I’ve only used it twice but so far I can say I like it. I struggle with acne on my chin a lot and it helps dry up a pimple to heal quicker. I would definitely buy this again. It’s also a good price and won’t hurt your pockets lol. It doesn’t have a strong smell to it which is nice as sometimes skin care things can smell funny.

Has fragrance but is a micronized benzoyl peroxide product for $5 give or take. It works as well as any name brand benzoyl peroxide treatment but costs less abd smells like old lady flowers. If fragrance headache or allergy is a concern skip this one and go to Target or uour favorite retailer like Boots, they should have a fragrance free dupe of the Neutrogena leave on treatment for $10-15 dollars.

Just as good as the Proactive treatment and a fraction of the price! I've been using the Proactive Step-3 treatment for decades because it actually fights aging discoloration, and any scarring from adult acne. It makes your skin glow. I use it before my moisturizer and other skin care products, and it keeps my skin clear and blemish free. It's the only treatment besides Paula's Choice that has the Allantoin in it (which is the ingredient in Mederma scar cream). So when I saw that Amazon released their own product with the same ingredients I immediately ordered it to try. I've been using it for years now and it's just as effective as the Proactive. In fact it might be a little better because it's a little thinner than Proactive so it absorbs quicker and possibly deeper. The Paula's Choice has a couple additional ingredients that make it a little more well rounded, if you're at a point in your life where you need those anti-aging benefits. But for overall acne treatment and clearer skin, the Amazon treatment is just as good, if not better, than the Proactive.

I so hopes this would a great alternative to my knock off Proactive cleanser and lotion routine. This product made my face breakout- which hasn’t happened for ages.
