I've used Nature Made for couple of years now. Works well for me and I don't experience any fishy after taste. A Good source of proper Omega 3 if you're going to supplement your meal plan. Good piece of advice I was given, when buying any Fish Oil caps, take one, use a need to puncture it and taste the oil. Should taste like salmon or fish. If it taste moldy; like a bad nut, there are no good. These past that test every order.
