This product is very useful and very easy to use. When I brought this product, I was very anxious that it would not work properly. But after use it several times I can say that It is a cheap and very useful. But the only issue that I have faced is there are only one blade and company will not provide me a new one. I have also an another issue.The locking system is very complex and not so strong, so I request it to the company to solve it.

Product works well but its plastic parts are of bad quality and on top of that you don’t find replacement for its lid. So am I supposed to buy whole machine because lid is broken now?

After one month of usage, find the kneader very useful and rather time saving compared to kneading with bare hands. Consistency and texture of the knead is also good. Would strongly recommend it for daily usage.

I've been using the product for a year. Working good, but it recently started making a khat-khat sound, which was an indicator of teeth of belt missing over the plastic gear. On opening the unit, I saw a timing belt that gets used up with usage and load. Unfortunately, the belt is not available anywhere, and is made in China by "Ningbo GUL TZ Rubber Belt Co., Ltd." The motor is carbon brush based DC type, but such brushes are easily available in market, as they are perhaps the same size used in electric drillers. One word of caution is not make hard dough, or uses excess atta, as that would damage the plastic blade or plastic gear, and wear off the timing belt soon. So in essence, it is a Chinese product, sold with the Made in India label. Do not expect any spare parts to be available here, except the carbon brush.
