The best wet grinder
I hadn't imagined how much I would love this product. Have always wanted a wet grinder for my kitchen needs but the dosa batter made in this just exceeded my expectations. It hardly makes any noise, gives the perfect batter within 20 min and if managed well, is quite easy to clean and maintain. I just love this product, it's my best friend now. My batters are all home made now with no soda and preservatives and have the perfect texture. The only feedback is that the upper cover is a bit thin plastic and weak, can break if not handled with care.

Worth the money.
Have been using this table top wet grinder from more than a year. The dough is soft and smooth with faster grinding time. Never faced any issue with the product so far. It looks sturdy and build quality is great and looks like it is built to last for longer time.

There is nothing to worry about this product...Its motor is the best in class...I have a old grinder of the same make more than 2 decades old and still it's working although it's plastic housing is broken at some places due to wear and tear

When turned on, the motor get over heating
Unsafe product – arrived damaged and overheats immediately!I just bought this wet grinder, and it arrived with physical damage. When turned on, the motor gets dangerously hot within seconds. It is completely unusable and a major safety hazard. Avoid this product!

Fine , will need adapter for uae plug point
We used this in India and ordered here but weirdly it came with a India plug point pin instead of UAE pin

Best wet grinder
Received the grinder before the agreed due date. Comes with an Indian adaptor. Have used it for first time and it is working without any issues.

The Grinder was ordered for use in UK but did not include the adaptor
I liked the product, but the packaging did not include an adaptor for the plug (which is Indian) to connect to UK Mains. I was not sure if it was expected that the customer would need to have one. I would have been happier if the packing contained the adaptor as some of the competitor brands provides.
