I’ve been using the Lifelong LLTM154 treadmill for a while now and overall, it’s a solid machine for the price. The build feels sturdy, the functions work well, and it gives a smooth running experience. I’ve tested it at different speeds, and everything performs as expected. One thing I noticed is that when I push it to around 13 km/h, there’s a bit of extra noise – not a major issue, but something worth mentioning. Also, my unit arrived with a small dent on the body. Luckily, it doesn’t affect performance, so I decided to keep it. Apart from these minor points, I’m happy with the purchase. It’s a good value treadmill for home use.

absolute garbage. I used the product for 26 days and it broke. And it's been 2 months since I have put a request for getting it fixed and still no actual help has been done First a technician came and told the belt has broken Then 10 days it took to get a new belt Then after 1 week the technician came again and told that the new belt doesn't match my product and raised a return and pick up request Then you raised a request for uninstallatiin with charges Then you rectified your mistake and raised a request for uninstallation without charges Then another team came after another 10 days to uninstall the new belt from the machine Then I am waiting to get the pick up done but yesterday Delhivery people saying the pick up product needs to e in a box Then I wrote an email to you saying I don't hv the box, it was torn by your technician and thrown in the garbage. I am not spending 1 rupees for any kind of parceling if this as my product is within warranty period. I want this product to be fixed ASAP What a shameful customer service you have. With this kind of service, I don't think your business of selling garbage will go on for long. till now we have exchaged 50 emails with the lifelong customer care but nothing happened. no help . the product is lying cathing rust. This treadmill is sturdy, silent and way to use. It doesn’t occupy space as it is foldable and can be kept under the cot or sofa. The display is helpful in finding the time walked and calories burnt and the distance. Only drawback I have found so far is that it becomes hot after walking for 15 minutes to 20 minutes if you walk in not very much speed, just speed 2 and it got very hot and I have to switch it off to cool and start it again. Apart from this I find it extremely convenient to walk the time I prefer and at the comfort of home
