Zero drop …
A very good looking high quality shoe and wonderfully fit as a zero drop witH arch support. Bought one all black, and a blue one with white sole. Just wish this company did not sale its products into Russia as for its treatment of Ukraine …

The Ideal Travel Shoe – Walked All Over Europe Without Foot Pain
I have a very hard time finding comfortable shoes due to hallux rigidus (arthritis in my big toe). I usually rely on custom orthotics and need a shoe with a very stiff sole and removable insole. I bought these for a trip to Europe, where I knew I’d be walking miles every day — and they exceeded every expectation. These ECCO Biom 2.2 shoes are amazingly comfortable. In fact, I tried wearing them without my orthotics, and to my surprise, they were just as comfortable with the built-in footbed. That’s almost unheard of for me. I wore them all day, every day — through airports, cobblestone streets, and long city walks — and my feet did not hurt, which is rare. The sole is stiff enough to support my arthritic toe but still flexible where it needs to be. I also appreciate that the insole is removable in case I ever do want to go back to using my orthotics. They also look great. I got the dark blue color, which goes with just about anything — jeans, joggers, or travel pants. They fit true to size, and the quality is what you’d expect from ECCO: excellent. ✅ Pros: Great for sensitive feet and joint issues Incredibly comfortable (even without orthotics) Supportive, stiff sole with smooth stride Removable insole Stylish and versatile True to size ❌ Cons: Honestly, none so far — these were perfect for me I was so impressed, I ordered a second pair as soon as I got home. Highly recommend for anyone needing supportive shoes for travel, walking, or daily wear.

well made, fit a little wider than typical.
Love the style. Work well with my wide feet. Other makers only have mediuma and 4E. These fall in between in my case.

Poor customer support from Ecco
Disappointed in Ecco customer service. I bought two pairs of these shoes, one in brown and then later a second one in blue. I've always purchased Ecco's and love the fit and overall quality. I buy nicer shoes since I have to have the sole modified in my left shoe to compensate from an accident in my youth which left me with one leg shorter. This normally adds $80 to $120 extra cost for me. Well, I sent out the blue set for modification and when I went to try them on for the first time, the laces pulled right through the eyelet holes near the top. It looks like the stamping was done incorrectly from the factory and too close to the edge. (I did not have this problem on the bown set.) I emailed Ecco support and they told me to fill out a warranty claim and they "might offer me compensation" on a future set of shoes." Shipping, modification costs and time would be my loss. I have little choice but to try to take them to a shoe repair place and see if they can be saved locally at my own expense. Very disappointed in Ecco for not offering something to compensate for the repair cost locally to minimize my loss. I guess this will be my last set of Eccos... Check your eyelets. I'm guessing this is a problem with a run of shoes at the factory.

Good shoe bad sizing
The issue I had was the sizing. They run extremely big as I ordered a 10/10.5 and they fit like an 11.5 literally. I have a minimum of an inch between big toe and the inside of the shoe. I can't exchange as they have more in smaller size. Good shoe just horrid sizing.
