Take half spoon of protein powder ..not needed full spoon
Drink like cold coffee..add half spoon nes coffee powder and one small spoon of stevia and half spoon of this protein powder and take normal deit homemade food with 32 baar formula and loose 0.5kg per day...it's good for function,weeding...don't take full spoon of protein powder not needed actually....loose weight 10 to 15 kg in a month and balance weight by 32 formula....this formula of savikar bhardwaj...

Results in nausea
Taste is bad. It doesn't suit everyone. It results in nausea even on taking just half the recommended dosage. Full dosage causes full fledged vomiting bouts. Avoidable. The three stars are because it may be effective in improving protein levels and energy levels. But not worth the experience. Since it is so expensive, the choice is between wasting the money and self torture of finishing it.

If you wanna lose weight this is the best product you can buy. I tried this product for 15 days and I have lost 4 kgs with some exercise, diet and obviously Oziva protein and herbs. I took it in the morning after workout with water .You can also take it with milk.But for weight loss i'll suggest to take it with water.It Really works good for me.i didn't see any side effects.It really helps in fulfilling my daily protein intake as it contains 23 g clean protein🥳.Also it contains Shatavari, Flaxseed, Tulsi, Curcumin which is best for hormonal imbalance.Must try product 😍👍 also the best thing about this product is It is soy free(good for thyroid patients), Gluten free,No added sugar,No artificial sweeteners and no preservatives

Happy gut, happy me. 🥹 This protein powder just gets it. I’ve tried so many — they either upset my stomach or taste way too artificial. But this one? Total game changer. No bloating. No weird aftertaste. Just clean, light, easy-to-mix goodness. I even turned it into a cold coffee with ice and coffee powder — SO good. Happy tears indeed!
