Why does it not work when I press the power button?

Please make sure that both 2 air hoses are connected to the controller, otherwise it wil not work.

How long should l use it?

t is recommended to use it once or twice a day, not more than 30 minutes at a time, but you can use it longer if you feel too tired and want it to massage longer to work on the soreness.
