Product is good, packaging was really good i mean seller took full care for it definately. Now let's come to quality of the headphones, see the mic is really good it provide the experience to the listener as it provide clean and clear high pitched voice with 60-70 noise reduction. But i was bit disappointed with its cable quality and headband material quality, as it was average i mean if you are spending Rs.2600 over a headphone, good quality is what you do expect. But overall if you're a headphone for only good noise reducing mic purpose, this one is for you, don't expect base from it as it is not for listening music on high base. I am doing W.F.H so a good microphone headphone is what i was looking, and this headphone solved my issue. So yes go for it if your budget is under 3000.

The noise cancellation works well. I don't experience any ear pain or discomfort, even during long 1-hour meetings.

Hello Everyone, I have been using Sennheiser headphones this particular model for all my business meetings for over a year ( avg use is over 6 hours a day for the last 1 year). This is an excellent product and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good headset. I also record a lot of training sessions using my laptop. Sennheiser headphones with USB type are really easy to plug in and out while changing laptops as I use 2 laptops one for my office/business meetings and the other is my personal laptop. used for surfing the web and listening to music. This product has additional control of audio on the hard cable (a rotary one) which is excellent as you can adjust the audio based on who is speaking. This helps, as you don't need to use your laptop's audio controls. The other part is I have to cut my mic. frequently or turn it on and off using a switch that can be pushed up or down. This product has excellent features that I haven't found in other similar audio devices. The sound clarity is awesome. I had an AC on for 3 months during summer all the time and sometimes it is noisy but people in other countries cannot hear any noise when I speak or when my audio is on. Excellent noise cancellation feature. I purchased 2 other headsets costing 1.5 K each of a different brand. The noise cancellation was not good. The audio was not very clear as I had to hold the mic in my hand and holding it for a long time sucks as you tend to lower your hand down.

If we talk about the product design, the ear cushion is of low quality and will get damaged very quickly. You will not get any warranty for that. Without the cushion, it is painful to use, you will have to buy it from outside. This product is advertised for noise cancelltion but the noise cancellation is not par even ouside sound will be audibale to the others person in the calls. The irony is if your product faces any issue which may or may not be covered under warranty, you need to ship it to Bangalore, Karnataka with your own expenses as EPOS does not have any service center in every state in India. EPOS product is independent and does not come under sennheiser, you will not get any support from sennheiser, they will not cover this product they gave a number which was invalid had to sent a mail to the EPOS global support, who reverted that they don't cover USB loose and consider it as physical damage. My kind suggestions to the customer who is seeing this review go for other product right away and don't buy any product sells by EPOS.

Excellent sound quality. The length of wire is good. It is light weight, therefore no problem in wearing for long times. Equally comfortable for listening songs or for calls over internet. The rubber used in wires if of poor quality, as the rubber splits after few days of usage and exposes the internal wire. The rotary switch to manipulate the sound has also giving problems.

I have been using this headset (EPOS PC 8 model) for the last 2 years, and this is my second time purchasing it. I can say the product is quite good for its price range compared to other options available. The sound and mic quality are good, and the noise-cancelling mic works well during meetings if it is set up properly. The mute button on the cable is also very convenient to use. The only issue I faced is that the ear cushions tend to wear out after around 5–6 months and need replacement. Apart from that, everything else works well, and it is a good headset for office calls and meetings.
