My husband and I built a mudroom and included small walls made from colored cut glass bottles. We wanted to light up the walls from behind so that they are fully illuminated at night when you approach the door. We ordered the spotlights, easily installed them about seven or 8 feet away from the walls, put the solar collector up by the rain gutter. The spotlights themselves are small and discreet, but powerful. The cord length between the two spotlights allowed us to put them on opposite corners of the ceiling. The lights automatically turn on in the evening, and they are still going at full strength when the sun comes up the next morning. Wildly exceeding my expectations!! We are super happy with them and will definitely order more if (and when) the need arises. My photo does not show the lights themselves but rather the effect they produce, backlighting the colored glass.

I bought several of the one-panel/two light version three years ago and they are still going strong. The 3000K color temperature is perfect for landscape illumination. I set to the "Low" position, which still provides adequate illumination. As to the battery life on "Low", I've even seen them run until sunrise after a good sunny-day charge. Great product. Having the solar panel separate from the spotlight(s) allows you to plant the panel for max sun without regard of where the lights go and how they’re pointed. I threw out my other all-on-one units. I'm back looking at the product not because they need to be replaced, but because my cousin bought a house and asked for a recommendation. It's these, hands down!

I've had these bad boys going for over a week now and they are running perfectly. Took a chance since there were no other reviews and I have been very happy. They produce a nice bright white circle in the center and a yellow effect at the edges. I'm out west so we get lots of sun and the battery charges have lasted until around 5am each morning when the sensor turns them off because it's getting light out. Auto on/off works great, sensor doesn't turn the lights on until it truly gets dark out and the battery is lasting the whole time.

Pleasantly soft light for garden window

I am HIGHLY against solar landscape lighting. I think that the light they give off is very lackluster and looks cheap. However, I live in a big city and recently had a tree planted by my curb and wanted to light that up at night with a spotlight. I was unable to get a low voltage line out under the sidewalk to connect to the rest of my outdoor lighting without major construction so I figured I would give solar a try. These are very bright, the color temperature is pure white I would say around 5,000 kelvin (could be a tad bit warmer, but that is just my preference) and it looks absolutely perfect! It charges up perfectly throughout the day and lasts full brightness all night long until sunrise. I would absolutely recommend.

I bought 3 sets of these lights in October of 2018 and now in October of 2022 they're still running strong, even after several extremely hot desert summers in the desert of southern California. I've never seen solar landscape lights last this long, and work problem-free. And the color is a wonderful warm 3000K, which feels like an incandescent. Amazing item.

This light system is defective and the lights are not coming on despite the solar panel sitting in the sun for the past couple of days. Also, the solar panel broke off its stand when gently trying to adjust its position.

Awesome set of spot lights for the money. The warm tone looks natural in landscaped area. Battery life is great and solar cell works perfectly. Good amount of extra cable distance for locating solar cell in a sunny spot.

Use these as uplighters for some olive trees outside the house and they work great. The colour means they're inobtrusive and we use them on "low" setting so it's not overly bright and it easily lasts all night even in winter. Have only had them a few days so will come back again to review in a few months.

Parto de la base de que he comprado ya varios focos solares de diferentes tipos. La verdad es que el acabado que presentan está bastante bien para el precio que tienen (habra que ver como evoluciona con el paso del tiempo) y el hecho de que sean de color marron es un plus a la hora de que pasen desapercibidos (por color y tamaño). Me parecen ideales para iluminar jardineras o arboles pequeños ya que la luz es muy focalizada. El hecho de que el panel sea independiente de las lamparas hace que estas puedan ser mucho mas pequeñas y discretas y el cable largo hace que sea fácil buscar un lugar para el panel donde no se vea demasiado. Llevan poco tiempo puestos, así que todavía no he testado bien duración de la batería. La luz que dan es buena para la finalidad que indicaba al inicio, si los quieres para iluminar una terraza nos son los mas indicados. Edito : Un año después siguen como el primer día, tanto en duracion de bateria como en estado de los materiales...compraré algunas mas :)

These have been in use for a month. Reasonably bright (much brighter than the cheapie ones at hardware stores). Narrow beam (as designed) illuminates small to medium trees well. May need two if illuminating larger trees. Lights stay lit for over 5 hours at maximum setting. Recharges well, even when a bit overcast. Cables are long and thick enough that they would appear to quite durable.
