Ordered this 3-pack on Amazon to help with joint and muscle support during workouts, and I’m really impressed. The precut strips make it so convenient to grab and apply without messing with scissors every time. The adhesion is fantastic—it easily survives sweat, workouts, and multiple showers without peeling up at the edges. It’s breathable, doesn't irritate the skin, and provides great stability without feeling restrictive. Having 60 strips across three rolls means it lasts a good long while too. If you need reliable, waterproof support that actually stays stuck for days, this pack is definitely worth picking up!

They definitely feel cheaper than KT tape but honestly work almost as good. I use these to wrap my ankle before runs. As long as you get them in place on the first go they stick really well. I’ve gotten between two and three days (gross I know) use out of each strip, even wearing them into the shower multiple times. For the price it’s a no-brainer. Will be buying again.

Had my hip replaced and after 4 months still had some pain when doing some movements. This really helped. I could actually feel it helping. One word of caution, the tape really sticks. I could wear it in the shower and it still stayed in place. The only problem I had was when I removed it, the tape stuck so well to my groin area that it really hurt.

It’s cheaper than the name brand stuff so you do get what you pay for. It’s very sticky but not as clean coming off. I also wore it in the summer at the beach and some of the adhesive had melted so when I took it off it took a little skin. But honestly day to day use it’s not bad

I used this tape for my belly when I was pregnant. It was very sticky and adhered to my skin. However, when I removed it, it left marks on my skin for months! It also irritated my skin and made it red for a few days. Not sure if it’s the adhesive that is used but I wouldn’t recommend if it’s something you need to use for pregnancy bellies.

My young gymnast said the material and the effectiveness is every bit as good as the name brand stuff. With cool colors, she’s happy. At a fraction of the cost, I’m happy. The pre-cut pieces make it easy for her to use on her own. We are repeat customers here.

I was a bit skeptical about using non-name brand (have had issues in the past), but this one.....totally worked! The durability, strength, and adhesiveness have exactly the same effectiveness as thee KT brand itself. Pleasantly surprised with the comfort material and the ability to bend and move in pretty much any direction. I work retail and play sports - this kept up with me during sweaty workouts, work in general, showers, you name it (used it to tape up a sprained knee and pulled hamstring). It stayed on for 4 days before I peeled it off to see doc, and then reapplied it. Great support, very effective.

Utilisé pour hernie discale et problème genoux. Par contre attention aux peaux sensibles, j ai fait une allergie du à la bande dans le dos aux bouts de 2 jours. Je ne vais donc l Utilisé qu une demi journée.

De verdad me ha quitado mis dolores musculares y el dolor de espalda de mi marido. Pero si tiene la piel sensible te puede irritar . Lo deje 3 días y he tenido que quitar por los picores. Te hace mucha presión , y de verdad funciona. Prefiero vivir sin dolor y tener algo de irritación. Me quito cuando veo muy irritado. Después de 2 días pongo de nuevo.

Great value. The tape worked very well to tape up my knee. Stayed on for several days.
