Not So Sure
The clear part is silicone but the rest is hard plastic. I'm not so sure I want to use these. The plastic part is nice and smooth, but that also means no grip to them, so they would be difficult to put the two halves together. It would have been nice if they had a twist to them to close. But then again, you need something to grip to twist them together.

Great idea, but….
Great concept, but they need to be deeper. It’s difficult to get the lid on because the veggie is quite thick making it difficult to put the top on.

They may work
They do function as advertised however the items that you put in them better be fairly thin or they won’t seat & seal. Case in fact a partially used onion.I can’t imagine how the lemon will do.
