Great Product
Very Well made and works well. I had to help my husband put it together but the instructions and online video are easy to understand and follow the directions. The bungee cords had to be tight and my husband had to put them on while I held the trampoline up. Love the size, the handles, and the bounce. My previous rebounder had metal coils and not near as much bounce. Also, wasn't as big. I'm 73yo & needed the handles.

Great Rebounder - WIDE!
Happy I ordered this rebounder! I could have chosen one with a smaller diameter, but this feels safer - no chance of bouncing off the side. You need a large floor space to use it, and due to the hand bar, you cannot store it against the wall. Easy to assemble, though the directions were not much help. Love it.

AN EXCELLENT BUTT KICKER!!
I LOVE that I can get my heart rate up in less than two minutes! And, it took me a while to work up to two minutes, if I'm being honest! The quality of the materials is excellent. I weigh over 220lbs and I don't feel like I'm going to break it! Assembly of the braces was simple but putting the actual trampoline on requires two people. I highly recommend installing the netting exactly in the order that the instructions suggest and use the tool that comes with it.

Nice product - very difficult to put together
I really like the rebounder, nice size , very sturdy, and a fun color. Getting the rebounder together was difficult- getting the ties around the legs would have been impossible had I not had help. The tool provided (once we figured it out) made it a lot easier to get the supports. It is larger than I expected but once you are on it I wouldn’t want it any smaller. If I were to do it again I would purchase one that was already put together.

Love cardio again
I had an old 20 year old rebounder in my basement and decided to try it again after reading all of the health benefits of rebounding and needed something gentler on my joints than other cardio. The old rebounder was so stiff I felt my hips were aching after so I decided to purchase a new one. What a difference the bungee cords make to make a softer bounce and love the larger bounce area. I am definitely hooked on rebounding. It takes time and patience to put together but once you figure it out with the cords it’s not so bad.

Sturdy, affordable bungee rebounder with a large jumping space and nearly silent jumps!
I have been a rebounder since the start of the pandemic and jump for about 10-20 min a day. My previous rebounder had springs so when it finally broke I knew I wanted to upgrade to a bungee style trampoline-- but I didn't want to spend a ton of money. After reading all the reviews and doing a bunch of research-- I decided to get this one. My main priorities for what I was looking for here:*Large jumping area*Quieter jump*Bungee designThere are so many things that I love about this one. First the hexagon design makes it much easier to stand up on it's side and lean against the wall without falling over. The base is so sturdy and with the bungee cords-- the sound is nearly silent. I do not have to take breaks every 3-4 days due to knee and hip soreness anymore-- I think because this design is more sturdy and solid. The pink color around the edge makes me happy! It also has a really wide surface area for jumping so the most hilarious part is that our pug likes to sit on it while I am jumping and can without me having risk of injury.

leg broke off with only moderate usage
We purchased this for our autistic son who loves to bounce on trampolines. It appeared to be very sturdy and well built, and was fairly easy to assemble. For the first 2 months he ignored it completely. Over the past 6-8 weeks, he finally started using it, and all was well. I estimate his usage at perhaps a total of about 2 hours/week. Unfortunately today, while he was enjoying bouncing on it, one of the legs cracked and broke right off where it was attached at the circular tube. Fortunately he wasn't injured, but I find myself very disappointed in the durability of the product, given the minimal usage, and the fact that my son weighs only 150 lbs.

My husband put it together
I can see where the assembly could be a bit tricky. I’d recommend having 2 people. But the tool worked well.I’ve been bouncing for a few weeks now. I love it. It’s a great workout

Missing pieces
Clearly was someone else’s return. Loose pieces, pieces missing. Should have known based on the box condition upon delivery - definitely not new

Package came damaged
I was so excited for this purchase. The box had a gaping hole on the bottom and the largest piece of the frame was sticking out. The finish was scratched pretty bad.All the parts were there so I put it together anyway..,I love it,,, Good thing I am not so fussy. It is perfect for me, Just disappointed by the ruined box….and the fact that it is not perfect on delivery. That is why I gave 3 states, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars,,,

The installation is traumatic..until you learn this trick
The trampoline itself is great! It is quiet and spacious. The installation was pure hell. But don't sweat it just yet as I figure it can be less painful, especially for a solo woman.I did not use the tool as I did not know what's its purpose since I was so immersed with pulling from the beginning until I finished the installation! Some people said it was challenging so I thought this was what I should expect! The suggestion to use the tool is on the last page! Why did you put that on the last page??? Am I the only one who missed that?? It should go before the first step!I used my hands and I ripped the skin on my hand from all the pulling. I put on my winter gloves to avoid further damage. Sweating and shaking from half way through! Plus screaming like a wrestler and swearing.Tips: Towards the end, I sat on the net in the middle and pull the rope inward and it gave me more leverage. I think it will be easier too if you use this technique using the tool, as you use two hands to pull = more strength.Happy bouncing!

Hard to assemble but liking it so far
I swear most of the work out so far had been assembling this. It took forever to set up and I did it over 4 days but once assembled, it's a great sturdy quiet trampoline which I find is actually fun to use and I get sore calves so I guess it actually is exercise?
