Keeps a tight line
MAXIMA line is the strongest line I've ever used . I've pulled a 20' + pontoon boat with 8# test to a spot where I was hung up and the line never broke . Sometimes I've had to wrap the line around a clete on a bass boat to break it . No matter the test , it's the strongest and the best line I've ever used . Big bass just can't break it either . If I lose a big one , it's because the knot broke not the line . Not the cheapest, but you get what you paid for !!!

Strong line even for big fish
Good strength to this line, easy to work with and tie knots. Spool has 660 yards, plenty for a very reasonable price.Hauled in some good size Coho's and no probs at all.

Best monofilament on the market!
I consider myself a monofilament connoisseur and this my new “go to” for Trout, Steelhead, Bass, and Salmon. This line is extremely reliable and manageable! Also, the Chameleon and Ultra-green colors are comparable to the stealthiness of fluorocarbon. Hands down, this is the best monofilament on the market as it has allowed me steer away from the nuances of fluorocarbon.
